The Role
We’re looking for a remote CRO Consultant. You'll work closely with a talented team of designers and developers to implement and analyze A/B tests, ensuring seamless integration with Optimizely.
You'll be responsible for monitoring test performance and translating data into actionable insights for our clients.
This is a temporary position that requires availability for about 10 hours a week.

Responsibilities
A/B Testing Strategy
Collaborate with CRO designers and developers to define and execute A/B testing strategies on the website, managing timelines and deliverables.
Integration
Ensure seamless integration of A/B testing within Optimizely, working closely with stakeholders throughout the process.
Technical Oversight
Manage the technical aspects of CRO projects, including test setup, configuration, and deployment, while identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Performance Monitoring
Track A/B testing performance, analyze results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Data Reporting and Insights
Generate detailed reports and translate testing data into actionable insights for clients.
CRO Trends and Prioritization
Stay current with CRO trends and best practices, collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and measure success.
Requirements
Experience
At least 6 years of experience in a technical role, preferably within marketing or e-commerce.
Web Development Knowledge
Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices.
A/B Testing Proficiency
Experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools (Optimizely is a plus).
Problem-Solving Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and make evidence-based decisions.
Communication & Collaboration
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work seamlessly with designers, developers, and marketing teams.
Presentation Skills
Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate conversion rate optimization (CRO) results and insights to clients.
CRO Proficiency
Solid understanding of marketing principles and conversion optimization concepts, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
