Outliant operates on a flexible schedule and adopts a uniform bandwidth which is eight (8) hours per day. This allows staff to attend work outside the core hours within reason. The workday comprises the time between the earliest start of work and the latest thereof.
We use Jira Software to plan, track, and manage projects. Engineers refer to their dashboards at the start of the day to keep track of assignments and issues they are working on. Then, they have to log into Everhour to track their work hours daily and submit an end-of-day report of what they have accomplished.
At Outliant, we work in teams. We have the front-end engineers, full-stack engineers, QAs, and web designers. You will be working closely with the team you are assigned to. Each team has a project manager overseeing the development of day-to-day tasks. He is also available to anyone who wants to escalate their ideas, thoughts, questions, and concerns.
We use Slack as our daily communication channel. Once a month, we meet with everyone through a Zoom conference. This is to talk about new and upcoming projects, give updates on existing projects, and also know how everyone is doing.
Yes, we do. Team members receive 6 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year and PTO accrual begins the day you join our company. We allow team members to observe the public holidays of their home country, wherein they are entitled to their normal compensation without any deductions.
