The Application
Our recruitment team will review your application. If we think you might be a good fit for the role, we’ll invite you for a screening interview.

Initial Interview
During the initial screening, we aim to get to know you better! Our synchronous interviews are conducted via Google Meet, while asynchronous ones take place through Willo. We'll explore your professional background and job skills, and how well you would blend with our team. We'll also provide insights into our company culture and discuss what Outliant can offer you!

Technical Assessment Interview
If the role requires, prepare for a technical interview to be scheduled next.

Meet Hiring Managers
You've reached the final round — an interview with one or two of our hiring managers (depending on the role)! Here, you'll gain insights into the projects you could contribute to. We'll assess your fit for the specific role or continue to explore potential opportunities for you within the team!
