The Role
As a Full Stack Engineer III, you will apply a diverse range of advanced skills and concepts to develop and maintain robust frontend and backend systems.
You will tackle assignments that require innovative solutions and take ownership of the planning and execution of these tasks. Your role will involve guiding and mentoring junior teammates, fostering collaboration within the team. You will also make contributions in improving code quality, process efficiency, and project delivery timelines, helping to enhance overall team performance.

Requirements
Experience
5-7 years of professional experience as a software engineer in a team environment.
Improvement Mindset
Demonstrated passion for consulting, process improvement, conflict resolution, and setting criteria for success.
Communication Skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Technical Proficiency (Frontend)
Proven proficiency with frontend technologies such as React, Flutter, Angular, React Native, and Vue.
Technical Proficiency (Backend)
Proven proficiency with backend technologies including Firebase, AWS, NodeJS, C#, Rust, and databases.
Product Mindset
Strong understanding of software development at scale with a product-driven approach.
Educational Background
College education is a plus, though not a strict requirement.
Adaptability and Learning
Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies, with a commitment to learning and improving in key areas.
