The Role
For this role, your primary focus will be on taking inbound sales calls, conducting outreach, prospecting, and leading qualification cadences/campaigns.
We need someone who will connect Outliant with as many leads as possible and determine if they’re good customer fits, and will connect and learn about our businesses and needs.
You’ll be able to choose your hours and work and learn with a team of world-class engineers and designers through a commitment to team collaboration, communication, and product quality.

Responsibilities
Lead Consultation
Conduct initial consultation calls with inbound leads to understand their business needs and goals.
Lead Qualification
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and communicate client needs to the sales team.
Pipeline Management
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads through diligent follow-up and relationship building.
CRM Utilization
Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to manage and track leads, activities, and sales pipelines.
Outreach Efforts
Perform outreach to both inbound and cold leads via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
Collaboration
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Requirements
Communication Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong presence on phone and video conferencing.
Rapport Building
Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
Listening Skills
Strong skills in listening and questioning to uncover client needs.
Motivation
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales.
Prospecting and Research
Proficient in prospecting, research, and preparation.
Technical Proficiency
Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (Hubspot, Clay, and Reply.io)
Time Management
Good time management and analytical skills.
