Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive media buying strategies aligned with marketing goals.
Campaign Optimization
Lead the optimization of media campaigns through advanced data analysis to enhance performance and maximize ROI.
Budget Management
Oversee allocation and management of significant media budgets for efficient resource use.
Performance Analysis
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Vendor Negotiation
Negotiate with media vendors to secure optimal rates and placements for advertising campaigns.
Collaboration
Provide guidance to junior media buyers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
Requirements
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in media buying, with a proven track record of managing complex and high-budget campaigns.
Digital Advertising
Extensive knowledge of digital advertising platforms and media buying techniques.
Proficiency with Tools
Proficiency in media buying tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ComScore).
Analytical Skills
Strong ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
Negotiation and Vendor Management
Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing vendor relationships.
Communication
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and persuasive presentations.
Organizational Skills
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
